1. General Return Eligibility
Except for products marked as final sale or non-returnable, we may approve a return for a refund of the purchase price minus any applicable restocking fees.
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
Items must be in original, unused, unmounted, uninstalled, and brand-new condition.
All returns must be pre-approved before shipping anything back.
Items returned without authorization will be refused.
Customers outside the U.S. Lower 48 are responsible for all shipping, repacking, pickup, and freight costs.
2. Restocking Fees & Non-Refundable Costs
Restocking fees may apply (up to 30%, depending on item type).
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We do not reimburse labor charges for mounting, balancing, installation, or shop fees.
3. Inspection & Test-Fit Requirements
Wheel-Only Orders
Inspect wheels immediately upon delivery.
Wheels must be test-fitted on the vehicle before tires are mounted.
Once a tire is mounted to a wheel, the wheel is no longer returnable, even for fitment issues.
Tire-Only Orders
Tires with any mileage are considered used and cannot be returned.
Wheel & Tire Packages
Inspect all products upon delivery and test fit before installation.
Once the package is mounted on the vehicle, the order is considered used and cannot be returned—even if no miles were driven.
Suspension, Accessories & Performance Parts
Confirm all parts are correct for your vehicle before installation.
Any item that has been installed, partially installed, or shows installation marks is not returnable.
Items showing signs of installation will be shipped back with no credit issued.
4. Items That Are NOT Returnable (No Exceptions)
Custom-painted or custom-finished wheels
Special-order wheels
3-piece / multi-piece wheels
Any item marked “final sale” or “non-returnable”
Mounted wheels or tires
Tires with mileage
Installed or attempted-install suspension or accessories
5. Return Authorization (RA) Procedure
To start a return:
Contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Once approved, items must be shipped back within 10 days.
The RA number must be clearly written on every box.
Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 days after receiving the product for refund processing.
6. Exchanges for upgrades Only
STW Autosports permits exchanges for product upgrades only. All exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Eligible Product Condition
To qualify for an exchange, all items must be:
- New
- Unused
- Unmounted
- Uninstalled
- In original packaging
Products that show signs of installation, mounting, or use are not eligible for exchange.
Non‑Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Custom-painted wheels
- Special-order items
- 3‑piece wheels
These products are built or finished to order and are final sale.
Return Authorization Required
All exchanges require a valid Return Authorization (RA) number issued by STW Autosports.
Items returned without an RA number will be refused and returned to sender.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling fees are non‑refundable.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with approved exchanges.
7. Customer Agreement
By purchasing from our store or website, you agree to all return, fitment, installation, and test-fit policies outlined above.
