TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (including Terms of Use and Terms of Sale) (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “customer”) and JJ LL Salinas, LLC, doing business as STW Autosports (“STW Autosports,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of https://stwautosports.com (the “Site”) and any related services.

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or place orders.

1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or place orders.

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and accept responsibility for all activity conducted under your account. STW Autosports reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

2. CHANGES TO TERMS & SITE

STW Autosports may update these Terms, pricing, products, or Site functionality at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. PRODUCTS, PRICING & AVAILABILITY

Product specifications, finishes, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, cancel orders affected by inaccuracies, or limit quantities.

4. ORDERING, BILLING & PAYMENT

Orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance. STW Autosports may cancel or refuse orders due to availability issues, pricing errors, or verification concerns.

5. SALES TAX

STW Autosports operates from California. Sales tax will be collected where required by law based on shipping destination and applicable state and local tax regulations.

Tax amounts displayed at checkout are estimates and may be adjusted prior to shipment or invoicing if required by tax authorities.

Orders shipped to states without a statewide sales tax (including Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon) are generally not subject to sales tax. Customers remain responsible for any applicable local taxes or use tax obligations.

Washington customers may be required to remit use tax pursuant to RCW 82.13.020.

STW Autosports reserves the right to correct tax calculations and to charge or refund tax amounts as permitted by law.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, manufacturers, weather, or other factors outside our control do not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.

7. CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Orders may be subject to restocking, processing, and shipping fees. Wheel and tire packages become non-cancellable and non-refundable once tires are mounted. Custom and special-order items are final sale unless otherwise required by law.

8. WARRANTY FOR WHEELS & TIRES

Warranty coverage is provided by manufacturers. STW Autosports does not offer independent warranties unless expressly stated.

Tires and wheels are subject to manufacturer warranty terms and exclusions, including but not limited to normal wear, road hazards, improper installation, or vehicle modifications.

9. FITMENT CONFIRMATION & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY (Added)

Fitment guidance provided by STW Autosports is for reference only. Final responsibility for verifying proper fitment, clearance, load rating, and compatibility rests with the customer.

Once fitment is approved, installation begins, or tires are mounted, the customer assumes all responsibility for fitment and compatibility.

10. INSTALLATION & THIRD-PARTY SERVICE DISCLAIMER (Added)

STW Autosports is not responsible for installation services performed by third-party shops or service providers.

Labor costs, mounting, balancing, alignment, or related service charges are non-refundable and are not covered under warranty or returns.

11. ROAD HAZARD & COSMETIC DAMAGE EXCLUSION (Added)

Damage caused by road hazards, impacts, potholes, debris, curb contact, environmental exposure, or misuse is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Cosmetic damage occurring after installation or use is not covered unless a separate protection plan was purchased.

12. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES (Added)

Customers agree to contact STW Autosports directly to attempt resolution before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Improper or unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of associated fees as permitted by law.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STW Autosports shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

14. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, California, on an individual basis.
