TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use and Terms of Sale (collectively, the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you,” “customer”) and JJ LL Salinas LLC, doing business as STW Autosports (“STW Autosports,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your access to and use of https://stwautosports.com and any related services, tools, or features (the “Site”).
By visiting or using the Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these
Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or place orders through it.
1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.
You may be required to create an account to place orders or access
certain features. You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Keep your password secure.
Be responsible for all activity under your account.
We may suspend, refuse, or terminate your access to the Site at any time
if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
2. CHANGES TO TERMS & SITE
We may update or modify these Terms, the Site, prices, inventory, and promotions at any time in our sole discretion.
When we change these Terms, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top. Your continued use of the Site or placement of orders after
changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or any product offering without prior notice.
3. PRODUCTS, PRICING & PROMOTIONS
3.1 Product Information & Availability
We offer wheels, tires, suspension components, accessories, and related
products from various manufacturers.
Many products are special order or produced/finished to order. Styles, sizes, finishes, offsets, and bolt patterns may have limited or fluctuating availability.
We make reasonable efforts to keep product information and inventory status updated, but:
Not all products shown on the Site will be available at all times.
Manufacturers may discontinue or change products without notice.
We reserve the right to decline, limit, or cancel any order if a product is unavailable, backordered for an extended period, or discontinued.
If an item you ordered becomes unavailable after you place your order:
We may contact you to offer an alternative, revised ETA, or refund.
If we cannot reach you or no agreement is reached, we may cancel the order and refund any amount you paid.
3.2 Pricing & Typographical Errors
Prices listed on the Site are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
We try to ensure pricing is accurate; however, typographical or system
errors may occur (for example, a $500 wheel accidentally listed for $5).
If we discover a pricing error on your order:
We are not obligated to honor incorrect prices.
We may cancel or adjust your order and will contact you to confirm whether you want to proceed at the correct price.
We reserve the right to decline, suspend, cancel, or limit quantities of any order affected by a pricing or listing error.
3.3 Promotions, Coupons & Special Offers
From time to time, we may run promotions, coupon codes, rebates, or limited time offers.
Unless clearly stated otherwise:
Promotions cannot be combined.
Promotions may be modified or ended at any time, with or without notice.
Promotions are valid only for specific products, dates, and conditions listed.
If a promotion changes or expires before your order is processed, we may:
Adjust your order to the non-promotional price, or
Cancel the order and issue a refund.
3.4 Price Match / Lowest Price (Optional)
If STW Autosports advertises any “lowest price” or “price match” language, it will be subject to all of the following:
The competing website must be:
An authorized dealer of the brand.
Showing the exact same product (same brand, model, size, finish, offset, and bolt pattern).
Showing the product as in stock.
We must be able to verify pricing and availability directly with the merchant.
We do not match:
Auction listings, private sellers, or marketplaces where authenticity cannot be verified.
Websites that violate manufacturer Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)
policies.
Any site we, in our sole discretion, consider fraudulent or unauthorized.
We may decline any price match request without explanation.
4. ORDERING, BILLING & PAYMENT
4.1 Placing Orders
By submitting an order on the Site, you:
Represent that all information provided is true, complete, and accurate.
Authorize STW Autosports (and our payment processors and financing partners) to charge your selected payment method.
Orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance by STW Autosports. We may decline or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
Product unavailability
Fraud concerns or failed verification
Pricing or listing errors
Incomplete or inaccurate information
4.2 Payment Methods
We may accept one or more of the following (depending on what is enabled at checkout):
Credit and debit cards
PayPal or other digital wallets
Third-party financing providers and lease-to-own options
Other payment methods shown at checkout
Payment is typically captured when the order is placed or when the order is submitted to fulfillment.
4.3 Billing & Refund Processing
Refunds (where applicable under our policies) will generally be:
Issued back to the original payment method.
Processed after the returned items are received and inspected.
Please allow:
Time for us to inspect and process the return, and an additional 5–7 business days for your bank, card issuer, or payment provider to post the credit.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
5.1 General Shipping Terms
We ship using common carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, or freight/LTL services, depending on product size and destination.
After shipment, we usually provide a tracking number by email or through your account.
Standard flat-rate or “free shipping” offers typically apply only to the continental United States (48 states), unless stated otherwise.
5.2 Additional Charges
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO, and
international destinations may incur additional fees for:
Shipping and handling
Customs duties, brokerage fees, taxes, or import charges
These additional charges are generally the customer’s responsibility unless expressly stated in writing.
5.3 Shipping Timeframes & Delays
In-stock orders typically ship within 4-21 business days after payment clears and any necessary verification is complete.
Some items (special order wheels, custom paint or machining, built-to-order wheels, or wheel/tire packages) require additional time
for production, mounting, balancing, or quality checks.
Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by:
Carriers or freight companies
Weather or natural disasters
Pandemics, strikes, or labor issues
Manufacturer backorders or production delays
By placing an order, you acknowledge that shipping delays may occur and
that such delays are not, by themselves, grounds for compensation or
cancellation outside our stated policies.
5.4 Freight & Oversized Shipments
Oversized items may ship via freight or LTL carriers.
These shipments typically:
Require an adult to be present at delivery.
Require inspection and a signature upon receipt.
Any visible damage should be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us immediately, with photos, to preserve your ability to file a
claim.
6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
6.1 Standard Orders
Orders that have not yet shipped and are not custom, special order, or wheel/tire packages may be eligible for cancellation.
Once an order enters shipping, production, or mounting, cancellation may:
No longer be possible, or
Be subject to restocking and shipping fees.
6.2 Wheel & Tire Packages
Wheel and tire package orders become non-cancellable and non-refundable once tires are mounted to the wheels.
Mounting and balancing often begin shortly after order processing; therefore:
Any changes or cancellations must be requested the same day the order is
placed (and before mounting begins).
After mounting, the order is considered final.
6.3 Custom & Special Orders (Non-Returnable)
The following categories are generally non-cancellable and
non-refundable once production begins:
Custom-painted wheels
Custom-built, 2-piece or 3-piece wheels
Forged or made-to-order wheels
Special-order fitments or configurations
Any product labeled as “Non-Refundable” or “Final Sale”
6.4 Cancellation Fees & Fraudulent Claims
Eligible orders canceled after processing may be subject to:
Up to 30% restocking/cancellation fee, and
Any shipping, freight, or handling charges incurred.
If a customer attempts to avoid these terms by:
Filing a false claim that the transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent when it was actually authorized and verified, STW Autosports reserves the right to:
Enforce all applicable fees,
Dispute chargebacks, and
Pursue legal remedies for misuse or fraud.
7. RETURN POLICY
7.1 Eligibility
Unless otherwise stated or required by law:
All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
Products must be:
In brand new, unused condition,
Free of installation marks or damage, and
Returned in original packaging with all accessories.
We do not accept returns for:
Wheel & tire packages once tires have been mounted
Custom-painted, custom-built, forged, or special-order wheels
Products marked as Non-Refundable, Final Sale, or similar language
Mounted wheels/tires are generally not returnable. We strongly recommend test-fitting wheels on the vehicle before mounting tires.
7.2 Return Authorization (RA) Required
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number.
To initiate a return, contact us via the Site or at
support@stwautosports.com
with your order details and reason for return.
The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of each package.
Any shipment sent without an RA may be refused and returned at your expense.
7.3 Packaging & Shipping
Customers are responsible for:
Properly packaging items to prevent damage during transit.
All shipping costs for returns unless the return is due to our error.
We are not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping due to inadequate packaging.
If the original purchase included “free shipping,” the actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from any refund.
7.4 Restocking Fee
Approved returns are generally subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% of the product price, unless prohibited by law or waived in writing.
7.5 Inspection & Refunds
All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
If products:
Show signs of use, installation, damage, or modification, or
Are missing original parts/packaging, we may:
Deny the return, and return the product at your expense, or
Reduce the refund amount accordingly.
Labor, installation, mounting, balancing, alignment, or any third-party charges are not refundable.
8. WARRANTY & PRODUCT-SPECIFIC DISCLAIMERS
8.1 Manufacturer Warranties
Many products are covered by manufacturer warranties for structural defects, finish issues, or other limited coverage.
STW Autosports does not provide independent warranties beyond what
manufacturers provide unless explicitly stated in writing.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration vary by brand and product. You are responsible for reviewing the manufacturer’s warranty documentation.
8.2 Warranty Claims
Warranty claims usually require:
A completed warranty claim form (if provided),
Proof of purchase, photos, and a description of the issue, and
Sometimes return of the product for inspection.
You are typically responsible for:
Shipping costs to and from our facility or the manufacturer, and
Proper packaging of returned items.
If the manufacturer determines that:
The product is defective under the warranty, it may be repaired, refinished, or replaced (at the manufacturer’s discretion).
The claim is not covered, the product may be returned to you at your expense without repair or replacement.
8.3 Finish Care & Chemical Damage – Exclusion
Certain cleaners (especially acidic, highly alkaline, or aggressive wheel cleaners and iron removers), as well as heavy brake dust buildup,
can stain, dull, or corrode wheel finishes (chrome, polished, machined, painted, powder-coated, anodized, etc.).
Such chemical or environmental damage is not considered a manufacturing
defect and is typically not covered under warranty.
Always:
Clean wheels only when cool,
Use pH-balanced cleaners,
Rinse thoroughly and dry.
8.4 Fitment Responsibility & Modifications
We strive to provide accurate fitment guidance; however:
Final fitment depends on your specific vehicle setup, including suspension, brakes, ride height, modifications, and condition.
Some applications may require additional modifications (spacers, hub rings, fender work, etc.).
It is your responsibility to:
Test-fit wheels before mounting tires.
Confirm clearances for brake calipers, suspension, and bodywork.
Once tires are mounted, you assume full responsibility for fitment.
9. FRAUD PREVENTION & VERIFICATION
To protect our customers and our business, STW Autosports may use various verification methods, which may include:
Payment verification
Address and identity checks
Third-party fraud screening services
Requests for additional documentation (e.g., ID, utility bill) for suspicious or high-value orders
We reserve the right to:
Decline, hold, or cancel any order we believe may be fraudulent or unauthorized.
Report suspected fraud to payment providers, financing partners, or law
enforcement.
10. USER CONTENT, REVIEWS & SUBMISSIONS
The Site may allow you to submit reviews, photos, comments, or other
content (“User Content”).
By submitting User Content, you:
Represent that you own or have rights to the content.
Grant STW Autosports a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content
for marketing and promotional purposes.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to submit:
Illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or abusive material.
Content that infringes any third-party rights.
We may remove or edit User Content at any time, but we are not obligated to monitor it.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, images, and other content, is owned or licensed by STW Autosports and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may access the Site and print or download portions of content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SITES
The Site may include links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by STW Autosports.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
Any access to third-party sites is at your own risk, and their terms and privacy policies will apply.
13. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS & SIGNATURES
By using the Site, you agree to receive communications from us electronically (email, Site messages, etc.).
You consent to the use of electronic signatures, electronic records, and
electronic contracts for all transactions initiated or completed via the Site, to the extent permitted by law.
You waive any requirement for original, non-electronic signatures or paper records.
14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The Site and all products and services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness
for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not promise that the Site will be error-free, secure, or continuously available, or that defects will be corrected.
Your use of the Site and products is at your own risk.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
STW Autosports and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or
Loss of use, data, profits, or business arising from your use of the Site or products.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or any product purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
Some states do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations, so these limitations may not apply to you in full.
16. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless STW Autosports and its
affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
Your use of the Site or products
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of a third party
Any content you submit to the Site
17. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
17.1 Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or purchase of products are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
17.2 Informal Resolution
Before filing a formal claim, the parties agree to try to resolve any dispute informally for at least 30 days after written notice of the dispute is provided.
17.3 Binding Arbitration
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, it will be resolved by binding arbitration conducted by a recognized arbitration organization
in Orange County, California, under applicable rules.
You understand that by agreeing to arbitration, you are waiving your right to a jury trial.
Arbitration will be on an individual basis; class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted.
Some claims (e.g., small claims, intellectual property disputes, or requests for injunctive relief) may be brought directly in court as
allowed by law.
18. MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and STW Autosports regarding your use of the Site and purchase of products.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time.
